Mack has been absolutely essential in helping me with my very difficult boy cats digestive issues, extreme pickiness and transitioning him from a stray. This was WAY more help than all the many vets he’s seen for his diet and I think saved his life indefinitely. I cannot thank Mack enough for the patience, many suggestions and incredible knowledge with many scary challenges. I haven’t wasted hardly any food at Boofy’s with my SUPER picky, SUPER restricted diet boy but Petco and Petsmart? Hundreds of dollars in wasted food from suggestions. I LOVE this store and my Stan agrees! 😺

Walked in, the staff was very nice with their greetings. Very clean. Prices are reasonable. Found cat food for a very good price compared to Walmart, the quality is WAY better and cheaper. I'm coming back again without a doubt.

The self service dog wash is equipped with everything needed for an affordable dog bath. The staff are so helpful and friendly!

The people there are friendly and very helpful. You can actually ask a question about products they sell and not get a, "I don't know" answer.

The moment I walked in the door everyone said hello and the room was filled with positive energy. The staff was extremely helpful and by the time I had left I felt like everyone there was a new friend. Hands down the best pet store in town and what they do to help dogs in shelters and rescues is beyond amazing.
