About Delancey Street: The Delancey Street Foundation is a national residential self-help organization for former substance abusers, ex-convicts, homeless folks, and others whose lives have hit bottom. In addition to providing a place for people to turn their lives around, Delancey Street's New Mexico facility also cares for many dogs and cats that have been abandoned at Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo where they are located. We have much respect for those who choose to be the solution for problems in their own backyard, so every month we send up food donations to help Delancey Street care for their animals.
