UPDATE 4/5/2020:  As an essential business keeping pets supplied with proper food, Boofy's is still open 10am-7pm daily during coronavirus containment measures.  Customers in good health are welcome to shop in-store with us, however curbside service is available for those who do not wish to enter the store at this time.  Free local delivery is also available within a 3-mile radius with a $40 minimum order.  

To get your curbside or delivery order started, please send us a detailed list of what you need (brand, variety, size, quantity) using one of the following methods.  Please include your phone number so we can confirm the order and process your payment when it is ready for pickup.    

 

  


    

Greetings, Boofy's Best Customers!    

We would like to thank everyone for helping kick off the Zombie Apocalypse with us these last few days. It has been a wild time here, but at least we still have toilet paper and hand sanitizer!    

We would also like to share with you some of the actions Boofy's is taking to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, and neighbors.    

We believe the best approach is to follow the guidance and advice of the medical experts so we are following the CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of viruses. We will provide hand sanitizer in the store for our customers and we will step up our frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our merchandising areas, paying special attention to high contact surfaces like freezers, refrigerators, counters, restrooms, door handles, and payment terminals. Lisa has specifically been instructed to stop licking cat cans and doorknobs. Employees will increase the frequency of their handwashing throughout the shift, and any employees experiencing flu-like symptoms will not be permitted to work.    

We also recognize that many of you will not want to come in to the store to make purchases in the coming days or weeks, despite our best zombie outfits. That's OK! You can always call in an order (505-890-0757), and we will do our best to get you rung up over the phone and bring your order to you in your car. Of course, with the lines of customers we have been having, it may take a few minutes for us to get your products together and rung up before we can call you back to complete your order. However you want to do it, we are here for you!    

All of us at Boofy's truly appreciate your business and the times we get to spend together in the aisles or at the registers. It is our customers that truly make Boofy's the Best. You have our word that we will continue to work hard and do our best to help keep your furry companions happy and healthy during these strange times. This is the way.
