As COVID-19 cases continue to surge in the Albuquerque area and New Mexico prepares for two weeks of increased restrictions to curb the spread, please be assured that Boofy's will remain open for business, as we have been every day since the Zombie Apocalypse began.  Pet food stores have been deemed "essential" per the state's public health order, and we are committed to keeping pets properly fed while maintaining a COVID-safe shopping environment for our customers and staff. 

In addition to being an essential business, Boofy's is NM Safe Certified.  All members of the Boofy's team have completed virtual training in COVID-19 safety and hygiene best practices.  We require masks to be worn by all staff and customers while inside the store, and we adhere to social distancing and capacity guidelines. Plexiglass barriers at the register and contactless payment options help reduce close interactions between customers and staff. HIgh-touch surfaces and high-traffic areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.  

Boofy's will remain open 10am-7pm daily, and customers in good health and properly worn masks are welcome to shop in-store with us. Curbside service is available for those who do not wish to enter the store at this time.  Free local delivery is also available within a 3-mile radius with a $40 minimum order. 

To get your curbside or delivery order started, please provide us a detailed list of what you need (brand, variety, size, quantity) using one of the following methods.  Please include your phone number so we can confirm the order and process your purchase when it is ready for pickup. 

Contactless credit card payments can be made over the phone or via PayPal invoice. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are in a high-risk group, we can offer shopping during the pre-opening hour (9-10am) by advance appointment.  Just give us a call or send us a message to arrange a day/time for a more private shopping experience.
